THE PURPOSE TO FILING A GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE IS TO TRY AND RESOLVE A DISPUTE, DISAGREEMENT OR CONFLICT BETWEEN A TENANT AND WHA
There is a limited timeline so please read all the details
Initiation of Grievance for lease termination: Must be initiated within 7 days after lease termination has been given to tenant by WHA
Initiation of Grievance for rent redetermination must be initiated within 14 days of WHA's notice of redetermination.
Initiation of Grievance of some other matter must be initiated by grievant in writing within 14 days of grievant becoming aware of the subject matter of the grievance
